What is consciousness? The very question seems perhaps confusing!

If we consider the picture above, consciousness could be considered as the white light on the left of the image. The framework of Twelve Human Energy Centers are a way that we can understand consciousness, by dividing it (like a prism does to light) into 12 distinct components. This makes consciousness much easier to understand, and divides it into components that we have everyday experience with! (These components include Power, Love, and Gratitude). Start your breakthrough by reading the first book in The Self-Healing System, The Twelve Human Energy Centers, (Link on Library page), or start by reading a free sample at the bottom of the Library page.

Once you have an understanding of the Twelve Human Energy Centers, you can ask the question: what is the soul? what is the spirit? Is there a difference between the two?

I like to think of it like a ladder. First there's the physical body, then levels of the soul, then the spirit levels, the first of which is the 'Hara Level'.

Book Two in The Self-Healing System Series, Levels, Colors and Elements of Being, explores the levels of being. The physical level is the level we are all familiar with, the physical body. Then there are the levels of the soul: the emotional level, the mind, or mental level, the identity level, and the will level.

Book Three: The Meridians, Conduits of Emotional Energy, drills down into the inner workings of the emotional level.

Book Four in the series establishes the idea that foreign energies can become lodged in our identity level, creating 'separate selves' and describes how to get rid of them.

Book 10 in the series, Between Heaven and Earth: Hara Line Healing and Optimization, discusses the Hara Line, which is part of the Spirit realm.
